Early, I asked if anyone cared if I got on the ice early, will ice police show up.? The "ice guy" said go for it. If you ever have the chance to have an Oval to yourself say, I say take it!

40 minutes in my knees are done, my understanding of short track, infinitely more connected. I meet an Olympic Gold Medalist from 2006 training others in this session. First Oval Track, First hour on Long Track, Check.
